Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technologist or Architect at KTA in Exeter or Plymouth. The role involves working closely with the design team to create visually exciting and workable schemes that meet clients' needs. Daily tasks include using state-of-the-art Revit facilities, producing presentation materials, and collaborating with the visualisation team for drone footage and VR presentations. Qualifications Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software Experience in producing architectural drawings and presentation materials Knowledge of building regulations and construction methods and Stage 4/5 experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field Previous experience working on a variety of project types
