Seaway Corridor Architecture49’s Seaway Corridor Region is an office with deep ties across eastern Ontario. Responsibilities Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams. Design and technical modelling using REVIT software at all project phases. Working closely with BIM Manager, assist in the setup of projects in BIM environment. Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents. Coordinating with project sub-consultants. Assisting with contract administration. Qualifications Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college. 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm. Candidates must demonstrate product knowledge, and an ability to detail architectural building systems. Preference given to candidates with knowledge of: BIM principles & workflows REVIT software AutoCAD software Microsoft 365 environment Seniority level
