About the Role: As an Architectural Technologist you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects. Your expertise in the latest building technology and techniques will help them remain at the forefront of architectural innovation. You'll manage projects independently through all RIBA stages, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for design, functionality, and technical accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion across all RIBA stages. Produce high-quality technical drawings, details and specifications. Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with the latest building regulations and technology. Apply your extensive technical knowledge to problem-solve and support project objectives. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. You should have: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Excellent CAD knowledge, Revit, AutoCAD At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in architectural technology. Strong technical expertise and proficiency in current building technology and software. Experience in managing complex, high-value projects. Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards. What They Offer: Competitive salary of up to 42,000.
