Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. Our client works on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million-pound developments up to the value of 250 million. Architectural Technologist Job Overview Work on a range of projects from small scale 1 million projects to large scale 250 million projects Design/work on projects within a variety of sectors Provide construction details Submission of planning/building regulations Produce technical details Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so Work as part of a small design/technical team

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements Based within a commutable distance of Lewes Motivated individual Ability to work well as part of a design/technical team 2+ years relevant architectural experience Good technical standard Vectorworks knowledge advantageous; however, training can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD/Revit background
