Permanent Job Summary: As an Architectural Technician/Technologist, you will specialise in applying building science and technology to architectural and construction projects. You will work within a managed design process, developing technical knowledge to offer innovative solutions. Your role will include managing all aspects of architectural and construction contracts, from design through to post-construction stages, adhering to the Code of Conduct. Key Responsibilities: Company Culture and Values (10%): Uphold company’s Vision: To be the leading specialist and first choice for clients. Project Delivery (80%): Project Inception: Review client needs, assist in feasibility studies, and manage initial approvals. Planning & Design: Contribute to briefs, liaise with statutory authorities, and prepare design proposals using CAD and traditional methods. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with design and legal requirements, manage schedules, and evaluate building performance. Professional Practice: Provide professional guidance, maintain maintenance management systems, and continue professional development. Commercial Management (5%): Assist in managing revenue and architectural projects, including updates to workbench. Professional Development (5%): Develop skills in the Group’s CAD software and 3D visualisations as required. Deadline Management (5%): Work to deadlines and fee scales, ensuring timely project completion. Person Specification: Experience:

Graduate or recognised experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist, with strong understanding of architecture and building construction. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD, 3D graphics, REVIT, and BIM Level 2. Qualifications:

Suitable technical qualifications or equivalent experience. Registered with MCIAT, TCIAT, or similar. Personal Qualities:
