I am searching for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100 practice in London. The friendly team works across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects and always aims to provide innovative, sustainable designs to every client. The dynamic studio has a range of exciting upcoming projects and is looking forward to an Architectural Technologist joining the team.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be CIAT registered and will have significant experience post-qualification. You will have brilliant technical abilities and should be comfortable working across a range of residential projects. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the Role of Architectural Technologist:
Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Significant experience post-qualification
MCIAT/ACIAT accredited
Excellent technical abilities that are proven across a range of projects
Residential experience is beneficial
Great knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
AutoCAD proficiency is essential
