Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing an award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy who are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing office in Maidstone. The company deliver projects within a range of sectors and these projects range up to the value of £40M.

This role requires an Architectural Technologist to have a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience and have excellent understanding of UK building regs. One of your key responsibilities will be to create technical details and drawings using a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD. It is therefore essential to have knowledge and practical experience using either of these software's.

This consultancy pride themselves on the relationships they have built with their clients therefore it would be highly beneficial for the Architectural Technologist to have good communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Work on projects within a range of sectors Create technical details using Revit / AutoCAD Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients Attend site visits Provide architectural solutions Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

Live within a commutable distance to Maidstone Practical experience using Revit / AutoCAD is desirable 1 years' + experience (UK based) Knowledge of UK building regulations Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients Motivated individual Ability to take initiative Communication skills Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
