The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience, being well versed in ArchiCAD ideally, with experience working on commercial projects and excellent technical detailing abilities. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist: HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice Experience working on commercial projects of varying scales ArchiCAD experience is advantageous Excellent technical detailing and drawings Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages Able to hit the ground running, working independently Motivated for continued professional development Keen to contribute to company success Excellent attention to detail Live locally to Trafford This is a permanent role.
