Responsibilities will include: Strategic Cross-Selling: Actively cross-sell our technology and solutions, expanding market share and enhancing our site presence. Tailored Solutions: Develop and deliver "Configure Price Quote" packages for seamless specification, consistent pricing, and brand quality. Lead Generation: Discover customer opportunities by following up on new leads and generating self-generated opportunities for customer applications. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of our Coding and Marking, Labelling, and Automation products. CRM Expertise: Utilize our CRM system for accurate forecasting, reporting, and activity updates. Industry Insight: Understand customer requirements, market trends, and the impact of Industry 4.0, aligning our products and services accordingly. Financial Modelling: Create compelling financial Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and customer presentations showcasing our unique value proposition. Collaboration: Liaise with the UK Marketing team to coordinate regionally focused marketing and sales campaigns. About You We're seeking a dynamic individual who goes beyond meeting sales targets and embodies best practices and professional sales skills. If you possess: Negotiation prowess, the ability to negotiate and influence, combining verbal and numerical reasoning. Communication skills, including strong writing skills for developing sales tools and reporting. Expertise in managing multi-level customer sales meetings. A results-driven approach and experience in planning, targeting, and achieving quantifiable results. Experience in technical capital sales solutions, especially in manufacturing environments. Our ideal candidate will have some knowledge of printing and labelling technologies as well as coding and marking solutions.
