Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience at Regional Fleet Engineer management level or above Documented level of technical expertise and health & safety management Proven motivational skills and ability to energize people Recognized experience in managing multi-site, multi-team locations Excellent communicator with strong facilitation/negotiation skills IT literate with competency to analyze maintenance data Strong drive and commitment to achieving customer satisfaction Organizational ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines Self-motivated, able to work autonomously with a 'can do' attitude Due to travel requirements, currently living in the Southern Region TIP is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce, encouraging applications from all qualified individuals.
