Area Manager (Isle of Skye).
The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead our exciting expansion plans into the Isle of Skye. We need a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to make their mark on this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of setting up operations, managing staff, and ensuring the Loch Duart standards of fish welfare, environmental stewardship, and product quality are met across all sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication & organisational skills, and a passion for doing things the right way.
