Salary: GBP 35,000 plus car allowance.
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an Area Manager for a UK-wide facilities management company to cover the South West of Birmingham and the M5 corridor.
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business within areas such as Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Droitwich, and mentoring where necessary. You will focus on retaining and increasing existing business while identifying opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will have a background in commercial cleaning or facilities management and will possess the energy and confidence to help drive the business into new areas of profitability. Experience in the schools and colleges sector would be advantageous.
