As an Area Manager at Place2Be you'll be working as part of a co-leadership team covering the Cardiff and Merthyr region. You'll effectively line manage the clinical school-based staff ensuring service delivery and safeguarding are of the highest standards. You'll utilise data to inform and improve service and practice, manage budgetary resources in your service area, nurture and develop talent, and build fantastic relationships with the schools you look after and the wider Place2Be community; all of which will enable you to grow your area and demonstrate the impact we can achieve at a local level. You'll be part of a wider community of Area Managers that will enable you to shape a local service by bringing best practice from across different strands of specialisms.
