Work with an exciting and innovative national Charity that is increasing its program and impact Role Responsibilities: As the Area Manager, you will: Connect and support volunteers in local schools. Inspire and mentor young people to realize their potential. Improve student literacy, life skills, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Enhance volunteer health and wellbeing benefits. Candidate Profile: To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who loves a challenge and working in a community setting. You are a confident and self-driven individual who requires little supervision, is innovative, creative, and a proven problem solver. You see opportunities, enjoy meeting with people, and are passionate about making a positive difference for young people.
