They are a rapidly expanding and successful company, looking to grow their operational team in the Lancashire area. The right candidate will be able to perform in a fully autonomous role and thrive in a position that requires high levels of self-management. You will excel at exceeding targets and possess excellent financial and people management skills. You must have current Regional, Support, or Area Operations Manager experience in the education catering sector over multiple sites, with a background of managing direct reports, and a real passion for food and service quality. This includes strong knowledge of education catering management, client relationship building, people skills, financial acumen, and a measurable success history.
