About the Role: Our client is a well-established leader in the health and beauty retail sector. They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee a network of approx. 20 stores across Essex and North of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive performance and deliver exceptional results in a sales-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales and operational excellence. Drive sales growth and consistently exceed KPI targets across your region. Monitor store performance and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability. Ensure operational standards and customer service excellence are maintained. Act as a mentor and coach to build high-performing teams. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent in a fast-paced retail or sales-focused environment. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver strategic goals. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in the professional hair and beauty sector (desirable but not essential). What's on Offer:
