About the Role:

As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple sites across the region, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent standards and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of store managers, ensuring operational efficiency, driving growth, and implementing best practices to enhance performance. This is a leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business while supporting the development of your team in a positive, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational performance of multiple stores across your designated area, ensuring consistency and high standards in all locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture across the region.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in key areas such as stock management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that operational strategies align with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, using data and insights to optimise store performance and achieve key business goals.
  • Ensure that all stores maintain a customer-centric approach, delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all locations in your area.
