Job Description We have a new opportunity for an Area Planner to join our established team within Guinness Property providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs. Based in Chesterfield, this is a temporary 5-month fixed term contract and full-time position working 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Hybrid working is available. What we are looking for We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Planner, but you will also have great customer service and organisational skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of working within agreed performance targets. Excellent oral and written communications. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Experience of working with databases. Experience of working in social housing. The Guinness Behaviours. Desirable: Experience of working with large volume data processing activities. Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience of working with subcontractors. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience of working with invoices / accounts.
