Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence, drive sales, and improve customer experience. Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless transactions and a user-friendly interface. Analyze data and trends to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities. Identify and target potential clients within the builder’s merchant industry for our fire detection products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with the manager to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives. Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and build brand awareness. Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and nurture business relationships. Familiarity with the builders merchant industry would be advantageous.
