Responsibilities

Craft and execute impactful sales strategies for Cornwall. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research on industry trends and customer preferences. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that resonate with potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimise our offerings. Provide informed sales forecasts and reports to leadership. What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a sales manager or in a comparable sales role, ideally in the building materials or construction sector. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales performance metrics. Full UK Driving License. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. A knack for building and maintaining solid client relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. A willingness to travel frequently within the South Coast. What we offer

Competitive salary of £35,000 with an uncapped commission structure, offering an OTE of £60,000 per year. A Monday to Friday work schedule (44 hours per week). A company car or a £400 monthly car allowance, along with a fuel card. We are an equal-opportunity employer
