The Job:
A market leader in agricultural products, we are recruiting an Area Sales Manager to cover Southwest Wales (Swansea and Aberystwyth).
Building and nurturing strong relationships with dairy and beef farmers, offering tailored advice and solutions. Promoting and selling innovative products, including nutritional solutions, minerals and enzymes, directly to farmers. Identifying growth opportunities to expand reach and drive revenue. Collaborating with the regional team to achieve sales targets and support overall business success. The Company: Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge nutritional solutions for livestock. A solid understanding of cows and farming, with hands-on industry experience being more important than formal qualifications. A self-motivated and proactive attitude, eager to build strong relationships with farmers and drive sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a farmer-first approach. A passion for agriculture and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the farming community.
