Covering East Midlands - from Norwich across to Stoke and down to Luton, including Northampton. Salary:
£40,000-£45,000 + Bonus System Benefits:
£650 per month car allowance, 45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles (25p per mile thereafter), 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme. About the Role: We're looking for a hard-working and determined Area Sales Manager to take on this key role in an underperforming territory. You'll need to be patient, driven, and ready to tackle a tough but rewarding challenge. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and growing sales across the East Midlands region. Building relationships with key stakeholders, particularly consultants. Driving performance in an underperforming area and turning it into a success story. Using your lighting/electrical background to provide expert advice and solutions. What We're Looking For: Experience in lighting controls or electrical solutions is strongly preferred. Additional qualifications in electrical systems are a bonus. Proven track record in sales, ideally working with consultants or in similar roles. Hardworking and determined, with a "can-do" attitude. Ability to drive and willingness to travel across the East Midlands. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience. Bonus system to reward performance. £650 per month car allowance. Generous mileage reimbursement: 45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p thereafter.
