Area Manager

with proven sales, service delivery, Client Contract/Contractor Management experience to lead and drive the performance of multiple locations across the Scotland Area. The Package £32-34k Basic Salary + Commissions Fuel card Company car (Hybrid/Electric) Laptop, Mobile + Tablet Workplace Pension Employee/Store Discount Paid volunteer time Company Events The Role Responsibilities As Area Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the development and growth of your Territory. Your core responsibilities will include: To effectively manage and develop the Sub-Contractor Cleaning Team while sourcing, recruiting, and training new subcontractors to ensure sustainable service delivery. Driving New Business Opportunities, providing tailor-made quotations for every potential Business Opportunity. Facilitating new business won with Current or New Sub Contractor Cleaning Operatives/teams. In addition, Self Generation Prospecting to enhance any potential Sales Opportunities to further assist territory growth and development. Managing Quality of Cleaning Service delivery to our Premium Clients by conducting Site Audits. Effective Complaint Management & Resolution. Effective, Efficient & Timely CRM Diary and Activity/Task Management. P & L Management. You will be supported from our Head Office Marketing and Customer Services Teams in addition to your dedicated Regional Manager. The Person Minimum of 3 years experience in Field sales of Selling a Service to SMEs. Experience in recruitment and management of Franchisees or Subcontractors. Living within Glasgow or Edinburgh Area or along the M8 Corridor. Excellent Organisational & Planning Skills. Excellent Time Management Skills. Target driven and Self Motivated. Well Disciplined/Ability to Self-Manage. Ability to multi-task. Excellent communicator both verbally and written. Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Sage CRM systems would be advantageous. Full driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
