SIMPLICITY . We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, passionate about driving sales success and has excellent communication skills. In return, alongside your remuneration you will receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), an enhanced pension scheme with up to 11% employer contribution and up to six times life assurance. Role overview: To seek, develop and generate new business to achieve annual growth targets. To develop a sound in-depth knowledge of all the products within our portfolio. Maintain a good understanding of the market, competitor activity and innovation. To develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and the wider sales team. Provide a full solution service to the customer base, including product training as required. To deliver high levels of customer engagement by aligning with the brand standard expectations. To carry out site surveys and prepare designs/drawings and proposals for medium sized projects. Maintain proactive contact with your Regional Business Manager and other key stakeholders. The Person: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Familiar with CRM systems and able to manage customer relationships effectively. Commercially astute with the ability to assess customer demand alongside cost implications. Have a growth mindset, with an open and curious approach, in order to fully explore business development opportunities. Resilient and robust with the ability to work with accuracy and pace.
