£40,000 to £55,000 + Commission, Company Car COMPANY / ROLE Our client is a well-established Fine Food company that supplies ingredients, chocolates, and pastries to caterers and hospitality professionals since the early 1980's. The company is now looking to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager to further develop its client portfolio. The Business Development Manager role is to help grow the business by developing new profitable customer accounts and increasing sales with the portfolio of existing customers in the South of the UK. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Food industry, experience of selling to caterers or hospitality, a proven track record in sales, and will be hardworking, driven, hungry for success, and looking to join a well-established growing organisation. Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Food Industry. Sales experience - essential. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services. Manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit. Effective communicator. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. Computer literate.
