Role Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans within the electrical distribution sector. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and promote our extensive range of products and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Scotland. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical distribution market. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management within the electrical distribution or related industry. Strong knowledge of electrical products and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
