We are currently seeking an Area Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a person who thrives in growing sales within a new business environment. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager that requires a specialist in identifying meaningful leads and securing new business opportunities to boost sales and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth via targeted opportunities regionally whilst developing long term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate quality leads via networking, lead generation platforms & cold calling. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the window, door and conservatory roof sectors. Generate and maintain a sales pipeline, managing the cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining timely follow-ups and client engagement. Maintain extensive knowledge of the company's product range and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key decision-makers. Identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities via regular market research. Prepare proposals and quotations for clients promptly, negotiate terms to secure profitable contracts. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, new business opportunities, and market trends. Work closely with internal teams such as customer service, quotations, order processing, and technical to ensure successful new business conversion and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in business development and sales management within the fenestration industry. Strong track record of securing new clients and driving revenue growth within the window, door, and conservatory market. Familiarity with window, door, and conservatory products. Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and closing skills with a focus on developing long-term client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present proposals. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable with the use of CRM software and other sales tools in order to manage leads, track progress, and report activities. A full, valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed within the role. What We Offer Basic salary, negotiable for the correct candidate.
