The role of the Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors will involve: Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial roller shutter door products (steel fire doors, high speed doors, sectional doors) and services including repair and maintenance. Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, and Quality Engineering. Targeting middle management and health & safety officers predominantly. Targeted to achieve £400,000-£500,000 of turnover in your 1st year. Typically 3-4 customer visits per day, four days per week, one day working from home/admin. Following up on self-generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market. 75% new business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base, 25% account developing circa 30-40 customer accounts. Dealing with project values ranging from £2k - £100k+. Ideal Applicant:
The ideal applicant will have: Demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial industry, either industrial customers or associated industrial products such as tools, fixings, hygiene, doors, flooring, racking, etc. Ability to hit the ground running, with contacts within Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, and Quality Engineering advantageous. Proven new business hunter. Incredibly proactive, driven, and motivated. Strong commercial acumen and resilience. Ideally some classical sales training. The Company:
