Area Sales Manager sought by the building solutions division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover London & the South East.
The Role:
Working from home and from the London sales office, as Area Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for: Generating new business for heating and plumbing products and underfloor heating products within London and the South East Working with key decision makers within Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors, Clients, and Wholesalers Achieving sales and profitability targets Using CRM system to provide regular planning and reporting on all projects
Qualifications:
The successful Area Sales Manager will demonstrate: Experience of selling plumbing and heating systems to Specifiers and Contractors, ideally including underfloor heating products Strong knowledge of the plumbing & heating market A strong track record of developing relationships with Developers, Builders, and Contractors and supplying via Wholesalers Experience of technical sales A structured approach and well-organised Excellent communication skills including performing technical presentations
Benefits:
