We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, passionate, and hard-working individual to become our Area Sales Manager covering the North and North West of England. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sport, particularly football, a desire for developing existing relationships, and seeking new ones. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales tactics to achieve targets. The successful candidate should show the following qualities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Passion and desire to create brand awareness within your territory. Present and deliver out-of-the-box ideas to increase sales and awareness. Additional requirements include: Experience in Field Sales. Planning diary and time to maximise opportunities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ideally experienced in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability towards achieving common goals. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment. Ability to think outside the box to create opportunities. Centrally located for territory. Full clean driving licence.
