South West & South Wales Remuneration:
£50,000 neg + uncapped commission Benefits:
Fully expensed Hybrid Car or Allowance & Full Benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating will involve: Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, district heating and to a lesser extent heat interface units Interaction with M&E contractors 70% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors & installers 30% of your time selling into independent & national merchants such as MP Moran, UKPS & MKM Turnover target circa £350k Project sizes vary however £350-£1k per house 70% new business / 30% account management The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating with: Technical field sales experience with plumbing & heating contractors and merchants Ideally sold to M&E contractors, installers and plumbing & heating merchants Preferably from the commercial HVAC, M&E, building services industry Preferably a manufacturing field sales background, but also open to a distribution field sales background if previously worked for a manufacturer IT Savvy, able to create sales plan Ideally with knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating products such as pipes & fittings, heat interface units, district heating, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines Calm trustworthy and professional approach Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs and related positions.
