Area Sales Manager

to join our field sales team at Marshalls Aggregates & Block Stone. The position is field-based, working from your home office or our office in Ramsbottom and regularly travelling across the patch. You’ll cover

BB, BL, L, M, OL, PR, SK, WA & WN postcodes . To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to live on the patch. What's the job? Your mission is to develop and execute a winning sales strategy to exceed targets and build lasting customer relationships. You'll be responsible for driving sales and market expansion within the Northwest and Lancashire region. We're looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales. You'll possess strong leadership and communication skills and be able to inspire and motivate yourself. A deep understanding of the construction industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales plans, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, analysing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic insights. Skills and Experience: Strong sales experience, preferably in an external/field sales environment Passionate about providing excellent customer service A good understanding of the construction industry Self-motivated and performance-oriented Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop value-added presentations This is a field-based role; you will need to have a UK driving licence and live on-patch What’s in it for you?
