Area Sales Manager

to join their growing team in the South East. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The focus will be to sell flooring consumables and underlay products to retailers. About the Role: As an Area Sales Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, driving growth and revenue. Identify and secure new business opportunities within your region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are kept informed of product developments. Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets through strategic account management. Develop key accounts with the support of the Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: Schedule face-to-face sales meetings and call cycles with customers and prospects. Promote new product ranges and launches to existing and potential clients. Increase customer spend through cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of customer engagements. Handle technical inquiries, process orders, and manage sample requests. Work collaboratively with the sales team and attend team meetings and reviews. Requirements What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills. A tenacious and proactive approach to reaching out to prospects and closing deals. Excellent time management and organisational skills. The ability to work under pressure and handle customer challenges effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). A positive, professional attitude with the drive to exceed expectations. Benefits Salary- £45,000- £50,000 Basic OTE - £12k per annum uncapped Company Car Laptop/ Phone IND25
