Job Purpose

You will inspire your team to deliver sales revenue and margin targets within your region as well as help enhance profitability by effective cost controls. This will involve allocating customer responsibilities within the team and deciding on the sales activity required to generate the agreed income, sales support and customer satisfaction levels needed for our Yacht Coatings business in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. You will be responsible for growing the territory and travel extensively. Job Responsibilities

Take the lead in understanding the customer base. Collaborate with colleagues to create a sales implementation plan & convert into a strategy and activity plan for your team. Identify & capitalise on significant business opportunities. Provide periodical business reviews, provide forecast for each part of your territory & participate in the design of business growth/sales plans. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent sales support levels. Promote educating customers on technical requirements of the available product lines & support tools. Motivate & develop your team to meet business targets. Job Requirements

Experience of B2B sales. Familiar with developing a strategy to grow defined territory, developing sales plans, creating contact strategies points and delivering customer centric sales activities. Experience with data analysis in excel, knowledge about forecasting and managing a budget. Full UK driving licence. Effective at motivating & developing sales teams. Available to travel within the UK and Ireland, and Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Baltics). What Makes You Stand Out
