Large London & South East Remuneration:
£50,000 + £5,000-£10,000 bonus Benefits:
Hybrid or Electric Car + full benefits package The role of the Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors will involve: Direct field sales position, selling a manufactured range of PVC and aluminum window and door hardware products (also products for timber windows and doors) On the road selling into window fabricators Working in partnership with a dedicated internal sales resource Collectively responsible for approx. 350 window & door fabricators Personally tasked with growing revenue within 50 fabricators, based on size or growth potential Area currently running at circa 85% of budget (90% of profit target) approx. £2.5m turnover Responsible for fabricators from £10,000 to £250,000 Predominantly an account development role promoting new product ranges within existing accounts The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors with: Must have sales experience from the window & door industry Open to field sales experience from a manufacturer and also sales experience at branch level looking for first field sales role Experience selling into window & door fabricators is not essential Open to most window and door product backgrounds; window and door hardware, composite doors, window profiles, even roofline products Contacts within window fabricators is not required Used to a commoditised sale Tenacious, sensible and straight forward nature Team player, driven and with a will to win The Company: Est. 45 Years+ Market leading manufacturer 75+ employees Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Sales Jobs, Construction sales vacancies and Specification sales positions within: PVC, Aluminium, Timber, Windows and Doors, Fabricators, Door Hardware, Field Sales, Account Development
