South East, South West, or South Central (Area will be determined by location) Remuneration:
£35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission circa 2% of all sales Benefits:
Fully expensed company car & full benefits Role Responsibilities: Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors Sell to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations Expected to turnover circa £1.2m once established Average order values are circa £5k-£10k 70% new business / 30% account management (aiming for £500k new business) Minimum Requirements: Construction sales experience is a must Experience within the fenestration, windows & doors sector is ideal, but open to any building products background Experience selling to contractors & installers preferred, but merchant sales backgrounds are acceptable Driven, target-focused, and a team player Analytical thinker Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs.
