We are looking for an

Area Support Manager

to join us in our mission and support the Area Director to deliver excellent clinical quality, client care and commercial performance. This role is pivotal in supporting our practices, embedding our values and company culture to retain and engage the best talent in the veterinary profession. Day to day, the Area Support Manager will be involved in:

Developing close working relationships with practices and their leaders. Supporting new starters and ensuring that teams feel supported and part of the wider IVCE Network. Troubleshooting within the Area - where issues arise, supporting a resolution wherever possible to ensure the wellbeing of our teams is maintained. Supporting the Area Director with internal communications. Supporting the integration of acquisitions into the Area, including onboarding staff. Working with the Area Director to identify better ways of working that improve team wellbeing. Supporting the Area Director to identify best practices. Organising Area meetings, preparing & distributing agendas, meeting materials & minutes, and ensuring action points have been completed. Monitoring L&D activities, ensuring that clinical staff conduct relevant CPD training. Ideally, the Area Support Manager will have:

At least 2 years of coaching, mentoring and supporting aspiring leaders and senior colleagues. Strong people skills – positive, collaborative, and able to influence. A broad healthcare knowledge – desirable. The ability to prioritise and plan own time. The ability to understand and analyse key financial KPIs. Must hold a full and valid driving licence.
