How will you make an impact? The Arla Foods Marketing Undergraduate Placement is a 12 month placement that will provide you with full exposure across our marketing function. You will be supporting the brand teams to implement exciting brand plans, as well as getting involved in launching new products to the market. You will learn how to interpret data to report at a brand and category level and how to manage a budget. You will gain experience in working with a range of marketing agencies and internal support functions to aid delivery of your assigned projects.

After completing the undergraduate placement you will be able to return to University with some great experience to supplement your studies. After graduating you’ll be well placed to return to Arla through applying for our Marketing Graduate Scheme.

What will make you successful? You’re currently completing an undergraduate degree and have a strong academic record. You’ll also be ambitious and motivated with a strong desire to build a career within marketing and the food industry. With excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders at different levels and will build relationships quickly. You will also have strong organisational and project management skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Finally, you will be highly computer-literate and will be able to use these skills to analyse data and build presentations.
