Our picturesque Centre of Excellence has a brand-new state-of-the-art sensory integration gym, a fully equipped art psychotherapy studio, a training centre, trauma-informed family therapy rooms and a designated centre for specialist assessments. We are classed as specialist providers for neurodevelopmental, sensory integration, mental health and trauma & attachment services in our local community. We have a highly specialist MDT with amazing resources, on a stunning 100-acre farmland setting, which makes it such a therapeutic place to work. This job role will require operating between Milton Keynes and St Albans sites. We are recruiting for a fully qualified integrative Psychotherapist/Art Psychotherapist on a full-time basis with post-qualifying experience working in mental health. UKCP/HCPC accreditation is mandatory for this role to join a team that is passionately committed to empowering children, young people, and families to build resilience through the healing of adverse childhood experiences and trauma. Creative Therapy Options provides a range of therapeutic and community services across the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire counties for service users who are impacted by mental health challenges and trauma-attachment. Permanent Main Activities

The role includes but is not limited to: Specialist assessment - undertaking psychoanalytical assessment task/write up and member of multidisciplinary team To work individually/dyadically with children/adults using a variety of methodologies dependent upon qualifications and experience. To keep up to date clinical records, complete all required outcomes testing programmes and submit these to Creative Therapy Options clinical administration in the required timescales. An accredited child art therapist/psychotherapist Experience working with young people A minimum of two years’ post qualification experience. You will be subject to an enhanced check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service. To Apply
