Are you ready to lead the development of advanced AI-driven systems at the forefront of financial technology? This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented AI Engineer to join a forward-thinking organisation that is revolutionising the fintech space through cutting-edge AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing AI technologies that optimise operations, enhance trading algorithms, and improve customer experiences. As an AI Engineer, your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of AI applications, from advanced modelling to cloud and edge computing. Key responsibilities include: Advanced Modelling : Develop and implement deep learning, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks to enhance predictive analytics, automated trading strategies, and decision-making systems. NLP Applications : Build state-of-the-art NLP solutions for sentiment analysis, document processing, and customer interaction improvements using tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs. Vector Search & Semantic Retrieval : Design real-time, context-aware data retrieval systems utilizing vector databases like Weaviate, Pinecone, or Milvus. Agentic Systems : Create autonomous and multi-agent systems for dynamic decision-making in complex trading environments. MLOps Integration : Deploy and maintain AI models at scale with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Serving, and Seldon. Big Data Engineering : Build high-performance data pipelines using Apache Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop for both real-time and batch processing. Generative AI : Integrate innovative generative AI technologies, including GPT, DALL-E, and GANs, into content creation and user experience applications. Transformers & Architectures : Solve complex challenges in NLP and computer vision using advanced transformer models like BERT, T5, and ViT. Explainability & Fairness : Implement tools like SHAP, LIME, and Fairlearn to ensure AI systems are transparent and free from bias. Optimisation : Leverage tools like Optuna and Ray Tune for advanced hyperparameter tuning to maximize model performance. Cloud & Edge AI : Develop scalable AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and optimize them for edge computing with TensorFlow Lite and NVIDIA Jetson. Experience required: They are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. Technical Skills : Programming Expertise : Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or Java. Deep Learning Frameworks : Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Data Tools : Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and HDFS. Vector Databases : Knowledge of Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus, or Annoy. Reinforcement Learning : Familiarity with OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib, and Stable Baselines. Generative AI Models : Experience with GANs, StyleGAN, BigGAN, and transformer-based models. MLOps & Automation : Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, and Seldon. Real-Time Processing : Hands-on experience with Flink, Kafka, and event stream processing. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications : Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
