We are seeking experienced Artist Liaison Managers to join our team on anumber of high profile concerts and festivals across the UK.

Responsibilities

To work alongside key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the artist experience in advance and onsite

To act as the main point of contact for the artist parties in advance of the event

Manage the Artist Liaison budget

Prepare all advance documentation to be distributed and ensure processes are followed

Prepare and manage the artist accreditation and guest list process

Manage a team of Artist Liaison Coordinators, Representatives and Backstage Team

Work closely with the Production department to ensure all artist requirements are met

Work closely with other departments including Security, Health and Safety, Licensing and Marketing

Ensure all hospitality riders are fulfilled, in line with Artist Liaison budget

Reports into Event Management department

About you

Previous experience of managing Artist Liaison for Live events, particularly multi line up band or DJ led festivals or promoter rep with national touring experience

Experience in developing and building strong relationships with a range of partners and suppliers.

Demonstrable experience of budget management and monitoring.

An assertive, tactful and persuasive communicator.

Demonstrable experience of strong project planning and organisation skills.

Ability to provide high quality briefings and communication to external contacts and your team.

Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.
