Creative Director, Community Officers (x2), Climate Action Community Residencies Officer, CEO, the wider Creative Producing team, Freelance Artists, Partners and Stakeholders, the wider Playhouse team. HOURS:
37.5 Hours SALARY:
£30,000 - £32,000 BENEFITS:

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Playhouse wishes to recruit an Arts & Peace-making Manager to support the development, coordination, and delivery of The Playhouse’s Arts and Peace-making, Community Relations work locally, regionally, and nationally. This role focuses on the development and delivery of our Arts & Peace-making portfolio (That’s Powerful, Artitude, and the Leaders for Peace Network and Conferences) as well as other community relations-focused projects. The Arts & Peace-making Manager will work in line with the Vision and Mission of The Playhouse and within the Making Peaceful Change Strategy, closely collaborating with the Creative Director. We are looking for someone who is committed to widening diversity and promoting social mobility while delivering a high standard of work at all times. You will have a commonsense approach to problem-solving and be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. The role would suit a self-starter with a collaborative approach.
