Are you passionate about resolving anti-socialbehaviour (ASB) and improving communities? We are looking for anexperienced Anti-Social Behaviour CaseManager to join our dedicated ASB team. This roleinvolves managing a varied caseload of ASB cases, including themost complex and serious incidents while providing vital support tocustomers, colleagues, and externalstakeholders.

Working within a hybrid model (twodays in the office and three days remote), you will play a key rolein delivering our ASB service, ensuring cases are handled promptlyand effectively, and always prioritising customer satisfaction.Ideally, you will have previous experience in managing ASB cases ina housing environment, with knowledge of the legislation and toolsavailable to resolve theseissues.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex andhigh-risk incidents.
  • Build strongrelationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners,working together to deliver positive outcomes forcommunities.
  • Utilise all available tools andenforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly andeffectively.
  • Prepare legal notices, witnessstatements, and case documentation, representing Paradigm in courtwhere necessary.
  • Work proactively to deliver acustomer-focused ASB service in line with our policies andprocedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teamssuch as Housing and Rent Recovery to ensure seamless case handlingand resolution.
  • Attend multi-agency meetingsand represent Paradigm in discussions with local authorities,police, and other key partners.

What We’re LookingFor:
We’re seeking an individual withstrong communication skills and the ability to manage andprioritise a complex caseload of ASB cases. You will need todemonstrate confidence when working with challenging behaviour, andexperience in preparing case reports and legal documentation isessential. Experience within the housing sector, particularly inASB management, is preferred, as is the ability to workflexibly.

In this role, your ability to workcollaboratively with various stakeholders and developproblem-solving responses to ASB issues will be key to yoursuccess. You should have a strong understanding of landlord andtenant law and its application to tenancy and ASBmanagement.
