Asbestos Consultant/ Asbestos Regional Manager

Are you an experienced Asbestos Consultant seeking the next step in your career to Regional Manager? We have an exciting opportunity with a highly respected and established national company who are looking to grow an office in the Midlands to support the delivery of exceptional asbestos services for their growing client portfolio.
The role will have you follow an existing plan where you would service existing clients and build further business with help from the directors and Regional Managers in other locations.
The client's bread and butter business are with Tier One Contractors, so lots of work with the MOD, Retail, and Offices, and no Social Housing work.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys. Work with management, growing the team, winning new business, and supporting existing clients. Flexibly work across client sites as required. Ensure quality assurance compliance and support audit programmes. Engage in continuous professional development and training new staff. Maintain technical expertise and meet billing and productivity targets.
Requirements: P402 and P403 and P404 qualifications. Proven experience in UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys and/or air monitoring and four-stage clearances. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
