Requirements
What will you be doing?
Conduct thorough surveys, including management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, ensuring accurate bulk sampling and precise site notes. Engage in comprehensive training programs and stay current with industry trends. Complete tasks ranging from statutory re-inspections to airborne fibre monitoring and 4-stage clearance activities, demonstrating proficiency. Provide expert asbestos management advice to clients, significantly contributing to health and safety. Ensure all asbestos-related work meets quality standards, collaborating with the technical team. Compile accurate reports, maintaining site laboratory integrity and reliability. Identify growth opportunities and promote services to clients, driving success and expansion. Implement and monitor safety procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Offer technical advice and support to the team and clients, and prepare comprehensive health and safety risk assessments. What do you need?
Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations, including P402, P403, and P404 qualifications. A proactive mindset, dedicated to meeting deadlines. Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UKAS accredited environment. Possession of a full UK Driving Licence. Benefits
