£25k - £42k + Training & Benefits Our Client is a professional Asbestos outfit, with a national presence and a growing presence. You will have experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys and Analytical duties, as well as providing a thorough consultancy service to Clients, advising on identified risks and updates on projects. Applicants with an organised and hardworking manner would suit this role as days vary and you will be required to manage your time well. Access to the M1 and/or M25 would be beneficial. They can offer excellent salaries and packages. Locations of work include:

Stevenage, Luton, St Albans, Watford, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Enfield, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Basildon, Romford, Ilford, Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley, Croydon, Orpington, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston Upon Thames, Hounslow, Wembley, Woking, Camberley, Aldershot, Guildford, Reading, Slough, Harrow, Aylesbury, Bicester, Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Experience / Qualifications: You must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent) Able to effectively communicate with Clients when providing project updates and technical advice Can demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge Comfortable working across a range of IT software and applications Strong written ability The Role: Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites Conducting 4 Stage Clearances as well as personal, leak, background and reassurance air testing Completing safe sampling of suspected ACMs Writing detailed technical reports Completing auditing on other surveyors and analysts Ensuring compliance is maintained across projects Alternative job titles:
