Purpose:

To overlook all duties highlighted below to keep the office up to date and compliant.

Branch Manager

Main Duties:

Daily management of administrative staff, staff welfare, and acting as line manager to administrative staff within the Branch.

Arranging travel, meetings, and appointments as required by Branch Staff.

Ordering stationery and equipment.

Supervising and monitoring the work of Branch Admin staff.

Reporting to Branch management on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement.

Arranging training for Administration staff and new employees, including Induction.

Securing security passes for Shield employees from the MOD.

Arranging waste skips for contracted works and recording all waste movements.

Raising invoices and orders as and when required.

Assisting Branch Manager & Contracts Manager as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in a previous managerial role.

WAMITAB qualification admirable to assist with the waste transfer station.

Good communication and people management skills.

Ability to use and understand the Microsoft System.

Business Admin NVQ.
