Our client is a successful and longstanding provider of Asbestos Management services in the South West of England. They are now seeking to take on a diligent and business-minded Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager. This role would suit someone who has experience working within a contracts management role within the Asbestos industry and can confidently & independently oversee and manage removal projects on Commercial, Public, & Residential sites. You will also be acting as the first point of contact with clients, ensuring to provide excellent support and technical advice, alongside attending meetings to plan work to be carried out.

Experience & Qualifications:

Will have experience working within a management position for an established Asbestos Company. In-depth knowledge of H&S / HSE / ARCA regulations. Excellent organisational skills, organising own workload alongside scheduling work for site staff. Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email & face to face. Experience managing and leading teams. Holding an industry-recognised qualification Asbestos Contracts Manager qualification is essential to the role. The Role:

Managing and overseeing asbestos removal projects across Commercial, Public, & Residential sites. Carrying out toolbox talks and site discussions to circulate health and safety information. Attending sites to carry out assessments, and ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeframes. Carrying out training with employees when required. Liaising with staff and contractors on site, ensuring work can be completed in a safe manner in line with relevant H&S / HSE / ARCA regulations. Providing clients with accurate and competitive quotes for work to be carried out. Issuing notifications to the relevant authorities when required. Efficiently proofreading and checking site reports, ensuring accuracy prior to submitting to clients. Working closely with clients, acting as the first point of contact, ensuring to provide excellent technical support and advice when needed. Attending meetings to discuss work to be carried out, ensuring to represent the company in a professional manner. Carrying out and updating site-specific risk assessments when required. Assisting in the company's recruitment process. Providing support to Asbestos Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day running of site. Ensuring staff have the correct materials and equipment to carry out work. Raising purchase orders & providing clients with invoices upon completion of work.
