24k - 40k + Training + Benefits We are currently recruiting in the South East region for a UKAS Accredited Asbestos Management Company who are now seeking to take on a BOHS P403 / P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst. You will be joining a longstanding and friendly team of analysts. Working on Commercial and Domestic properties you will be responsible for carrying out the full range of analytical services in line with HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications: Holding the BOHS P403 / P404 is essential to the role. Will be well versed in HSG 248 guidelines. Experience working hands on as an Asbestos Site Analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company. Will have excellent technical knowledge. Excellent communication & time management skills. The Role: Carrying out various analytical duties including: 4 stage clearances, background, leak, personal, and re-occupational air testing. Undertaking visual re-inspections upon completion of work. Overseeing removal projects, working closely with staff on site. Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeframes and HSG 248 guidelines. Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports. Issuing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
