We're seeking skilled Asbestos Surveyors and Consultants to join our team. Our local commercial and domestic contracts offer engaging work with ample opportunities for overtime to enhance your earnings. What will you be doing? As our Asbestos Site Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing. Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations. Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are maintained to specified levels in HSG 264. Recording data accurately. Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail. Checking all locations are photographed and photographs are stored. What do you need? P403 and P404 essential. Full UK driving licence. IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable. Risk assessment training desirable.
